Parenting is a rewarding and challenging job. Some have said that the endeavor "takes a village" in order to be successful. After having raised 4 sons in New York City, I personally couldn't agree more. Luckily, I enjoyed the benefit of my having my husband, Mason, a retired family therapist, at my side to encourage me along the way.
